I am grateful for my work - we recently got "swag" in (shirts, sweaters, etc) which was doled out to us, and now I always know what I am wearing for work and it will decrease my laundry loads, lol.
This marks take 2 at restarting my fitness journey. Although now, my apartment is secure, it's slowly getting cleaner and everything is coming together.
So today, I mirrored last week and completed https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/3-day-flexibility-challenge-day-1-fluid-full-body-stretches-for-flexibility-and-stress-relief with the intent of completing the three day challenge this week before I start my next program.
I'm feeling really positive so far. I am completely ready / dressed / food prepped and ready to head out the door for work.
