Program complete

This morning, I completed the last day of FB Strong, second rotation, a lower body workout. I added a walk in the sand dunes and along the beach as a four hour extra credit, which ended with a nice sunset. I thought it would be nice to share a picture.

Tomorrow I'll start FB Fit 2. It starts with the PFT, which I plan to skip, so I'll do a warm up, recovery workout and a cool down, before a rest day on Tuesday. From Wednesday on, I'll be back on the real stuff. More HIIT, I read a few times on these community pages, but considering one of the last exercises today was 2x45 sec of jumping lunges, which I managed too, It's my 'how to survive the holidays' program the next few weeks, so it's a good thing the workouts are a bit longer than during the last month. If anyone wants to join me, consider this an invitation!
