BootyR2_Day 5: Form is the key to The Burn

I shared a bit ago that my goals are centered around improving my form and connection between mind and body. In order to do this I have shifted my focus away from how much I’m lifting, opting for lighter weight to improve range of motion and form. Today I had such a consistent burn and even though my weight was lighter I felt like my workout was so much more productive. I also do a 15-20m Pilates or bodyweight video to start my session as it helps me work through the kinks and activate the mind-body connection before I begin the main workout. This helps sooo much. It’s like a dress rehearsal. Lol! I am deliciously exhausted and I hope you experience the same! Happy Tuesday 🙂
