Today I finished a really tough upper body strength training work-out. 40+ minutes of lifting and, in the end, my arms were so shaky that I only did 9 minutes of the extra credit instead of the full 12 minutes. All the same, I'm proud of me!
FB Fit programme for today had no cardio scheduled, so I did a quick jump-rope work-out. Do you have any favourite cardio work-outs that I can combine with upper body strength to burn a few more calories? In short, a cardio routine of about 20 minutes, intermediate cardio and not too heavy on the legs, since they are still sore from yesterday's work-out and tomorrow is leg+HIIT day again.
