FB Bodyweight Round 2 Begun!

I finished FB Bodyweight Round 1 a couple of days ago. I've now started Round 2 with a brutal HIIT workout this morning! I'm absolutely loving fitnessblender workouts, I cannot even explain it!

I didn't do my PFT after Round 1 because I thought it would be better to do it after 8 weeks (after completing Round 2) than 4 weeks.

Also, when I'm at home I can use my treadmill to do the mile run (I'm away at university right now), which is better for me because I don't want to run in public!

However, I did do a few quick measurements and I seem to have lost inches all over my body! :D
