Working out again after 4 years!

I'm not new to FB. I stopped working out when I fell pregnant with my daughter on doctor's orders. Since then I've put on so much weight with not so smart food choices. I came to the realisation that since I had my son over 6 years ago I've put on about 14kgs!

So I made it my goal to lose as close to 10kgs before Christmas with a complete overhaul of my food choices and excising regularly again.

I've just completed day 3 of FB abs and I feel proud of myself :) Day 3 is where I usually fall of the tracks but I'm determined to do it this time :)
