Staying on track during Thanksgiving week, away from home 😱

GREAT WORKOUT! I am currently away from home for Thanksgiving and brought only my exercise mat with me. No DBs, but I was attentive to keeping my body fully activated. My legs were shaking 1/3 of the way through and I was using only bodyweight and 1-gallon water jug. I am thoroughly BEAT. I have certainly participated in some culinary indulgences, but I’ve also said no to some indulgences AND have stuck with my intermittent fasting window. I am so proud of myself for keeping up the workouts away from home. I’ve NEVER done this before. Major achievement for me. I hope you all are experiencing some victories today, too.
