Here I Go Again

Starting to get back into working out!

I have my nutrition back in order and have already lost 3 more pounds with just that!

Adding workouts back in will help my weightloss as well as my health even more then just calorie counting!

Started in 2017 and have lost a total of 40lbs. Been stuck for a long time but I finally feel like I will start seeing results again!

I have had to take alot of off days due to knee problems which we still dont have an answer for buy I will listen to my body and it will get better!!

So I am starting up Couch 2 5K and since that is only 3 times a week I will be doing FB strength training on my off days!

I cannot wait to start seeing results again!
