Okay, more like 11 days. But it's difficult to fit in a workout with 5 month old twins. It used to be that sometimes I would want to workout, and sometimes I wouldn't and I'd have to force myself. Now that I have babies, it's the half hour that I crave. A time that is just mine. And when I feel that high halfway through a workout, I feel like I'm capable of anything for the day.
It's day 8 of FB Strong and I feel like I'm already seeing results. I weigh the same, but my muscles are getting tighter.
