Colour-themed workouts, silly but fun

Sometimes I select my workouts for the day (or even week) based on what colours Kelli and Daniel are wearing in the videos (blue, green, black, turquoise and grey are most plentiful; red, orange, yellow and purple are a bit tougher). It has resulted in some pretty bizarre, but actually fun and effective workouts. And I’ve ended up trying a few workouts that I might never have otherwise tried and that I really love! Something silly to try if you need a bit of a workout shakeup :)
