Well the weekend is here and I am sure everyone is probably ready for it after a long week.

Day 23 of Gratitude Month:

I am so happy and grateful that 17 years ago today the Universe saw fit to bring my beautiful daughter Savannah into my life. She has blessed my life in more ways than I can count.

Strong day 23 upper body strength

I am sure this one is already on my favorites list.

Time to workout so I can begin baking a banana walnut cake with pecan frosting for Savannah's birthday.
