I love Mondays

FB Burn Rd 1 Week 4 today. Usually week 3 of any program is the toughest for me so I'm especially glad I made it this far. I'm very motivated now to finish the week (and the program!) strong. I gotta wonder where Kelli gets her ideas for the punishment she inflicts (gliding jump squats?!?) but hey, she's powering on along with us and she does warn us of the "torture" to come....😄

And since I hadn't had time on the weekend to complete the optional fluid stretch video (my absolute favourite kinda stretching!!), I added it onto my w/o schedule instead of the cool down and stretch. Oh so nice! Especially after pushing through lower body strength training. All in all a very good morning with Kelli. 🤗 #nevermissamonday
