Weight loss plateau

I have been at at weight loss plateau for a few months now. I have already lost 30lbs and still have 30 - 40 more to lose. I was doing calorie counting thing but am trying to do intuitive eating to practice my better eating habits. I am restarting the abs program to hopefully jumpstart some progress. My measurements have changed a bit and I feel stronger than I did a few months ago. I am happy with my progress physically and mentally.
