Finding the Right Workout

So many people ask where to start when it comes to exercise, which is natural.

While no one answer is right for everyone, we took the time to put together a list of 10 Beginner Workouts That You Can Do at Home for Free. Take a look.

Other great ways to find workouts that are “just right” for you include:

  • Post a question on the Community page of our website (here!) to get recommendations from other Fitness Blender users.
  • Use the sort/filter options on the Free Workout Videos page to find routines of all different parameters (duration, training type, difficulty, equipment used, etc.).
  • Our newest feature (for FB Plus members), the Surprise Me button, to receive a random workout recommendation, which you can also pair with the sort/filter option above, by the way!).

Regardless of how you find your workout, the most important thing is to do something. As we say in the article — “Know that any effort put towards your health is always worth it!
