Extra rest day(s)

Hey guys

Just want some encouragement- I finished fb 30 and it was amazing. Felt ready for a bigger challenge, so started fb fit. Am now finding myself constantly exhausted, and am pushing myself to take an extra rest day.

I know I’ll be able to do it- it’s just, by the end of fb 30, I felt like I “got this.” It was so much fun- I would push myself super hard, and there was still room for improvement but it was fun. Now I feel like I’m back at step 1.

Gah. Trying not to feel guilty for taking an extra rest day, but I just started the designated workout and it’s a no for today.

Just wanting some encouragement- I know fb fit is a really program, but I know it’s doable. It may just take a few extra rest days in the beginning, right??
