How do you do it?

I used to wake up at 5 a.m. every morning in order to get my praying and working out done before school.

It has been about three years since then. I do not know how I used to have that motivation.

It worked well for me because then I have the rest of the day to worry about other stuff.

I always feel better when I actually wake up at a good time.

Now, it is next to impossible to get myself out of bed.

What does your morning routine look like? How did you make those habits? What motivates you to get up?

My ideal day would be waking up at the same time as my husband. He wakes up around 6 each day to go to work.
