Non scale victory,

I have been with fitness blender for About 4 years. I don’t usually do the fitness tests but I decided to try It for this round of program that I am on (fb30r2) to try and focus on fitness gains over weight loss. I am about halfway through and at the beginning I could do about 5 full some half ones. Today I did 9.5 full pushups!!!! I’m proud of that! It shows that I am getting stronger. Feeling good people!
