Do Your Best!

“The only important thing is that you do your best!”

This may seem like a simple, obvious statement, but reminding ourselves of this—regularly—is so very important.

We should never compare ourselves to others...or worry about not being able to something well enough...or get discouraged by having an “off” day.

Did you do the best you could? Then pat yourself on the back! You showed up and did your best. You absolutely have every right to be proud of yourself.

We all have ups and downs. We have good days and bad. Injury, illness, and LIFE happens. How you handle these things makes all the difference.

Lift yourself up, don’t tear yourself down!
