I’m so proud of my form and range of motion today! I lowered my weight and moved even more slowly than usual; I not only felt a great burn, but I actually felt like I was working harder bc I was hitting the weaker spots in my range of motion.

Taking an hour or so everyday to move and challenge my body does my mind and body so good! I hope y’all’s week is off to a great start. 🙂
