So, Monday I woke up with a sore throat, felt rotten the whole 12hr work day I had. Tuesday the same. Wednesday better but did a lot of house tidying. Yesterday exhausted and aching muscles. Today I slept in because work started later and I feel better.
Tomorrow I plan on working out - strength and stretching, not hiit.
There was a time when I'd give up or feel like crap if I took 5 days rest. Nowadays, I know how to listen to my body. If it needs 5 days then so be it - it doesn't happen often at all.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll get my workout complete and keep on going.
