We’ve been posting some soup recipes lately (seems to be that time of year for many of us) and this one is one of our absolute favorites—Moroccan Red Lentil Soup.
There are different kinds of lentil soup, of course, but if you haven’t tried this one yet, we highly recommend that you do.
This recipe may have some spices (e.g. ginger, turmeric, cumin, and paprika) that may not be part of your regular arsenal, but they certainly bring some amazing flavor and even some potential health benefits to the table.
