Awesome lower body combo

So I missed Friday's fbsweat workout but I did have a 6 mile walk around London so I don't feel too bad. I got my Friday workout done today was fab. If anyone is looking for lower body workouts I totally recommend these two together, perfect blend of HIIT, strength then finished off with some pilates ( i got extra burn by using ankle weights for some of it). I don't really like pilates but I always enjoy this one. Hope everyone had a great weekend. #workoutcomplete
