You guys have no idea how excited I am to be writing this.
To be quite honest I fell off the wagon various time and would eat absolute crap and workout almost never.
I decided to get on track and workout regularly. I changed my eating habits, not drastically to where I was starving myself oe anything like that. Just EATING REAL FOOD as Kelli and Daniel have said many time and I have seen results!!!!
The results are not super obvious and not that dramatic.
But I did notice my waist is smaller and a dress that was quite snug in summer is now loose on me. You have no idea how happy I feel.
I cannot wait to continue this journey and see more dramatic results.
If you feel like there is no major results, pay attention to the small things and dont give up!!! You will see changes soon.
Even though I am not where I want to be I am still HAPPY and healthy & that is honestly all that matters.
