Keeping healthy while you travel for fellow 40 somethings!


Hey Fellow Blenders,

I have a job where I travel a lot, while I can accomplish work outs in a hotel room etc, the nutrition side when you are eating in hotels is a problem, any tips?? Also I am newly turned 40 and as a birthday present I have gained 5kgs for no reason and can't seem to lose it! Any help and tips appreciated!
