Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!

If I am not mistaken, today is the awesome Capt Coby's birthday! (If I'm wrong, I am so sorry, Coby. But I think you should be celebrated whether or not it's your birthday!) So Happiest of Happy Birthdays Coby!! I hope you have a fantastic day, because you most definitely deserve it!

So Blenders: How're you doin today?

I hope all is well in your part of the world!

We've got lovely super cold and snow here today, and I can't say I'm too upset about it!

Though these Mourning Doves in today's Random Pic might disagree with me! I call these guys my "feathered pigs" because they hit this feeder like it's a slop-trough, and just absolutely demolish any seeds contained within. And so, for today, I have brought you this inspired portrait, entitled: "Feathered Pigs, in Snow."

How're we feelin with workouts today? For those that are joining along in the continuation of last week's FB Throwback Challenge (which I'm officially calling this week's version the "Option 3 Challenge", though it's definitely more informal than last week), how do you feel after yesterday's lower body/cardio combo?

Guys, I gotta say, I.am.sore. Wow. Glutes, inner thighs, quads, calves--all of it. It has been awhile since I've felt lower body soreness in some of those muscles groups, so apparently I definitely needed to do some FB Throwback workouts to hit those muscles in a different way! It's kinda cool! But nevertheless, it means that I'm ready for today's upper body routine! So here's what we have for Day 2 of Option 3:

Of course, now we gotta talk about some #eatrealfood, no matter what workouts or rest we may be doing--#eatrealfood is important all day, every day! So what's on the menu for today, Blenders?

We've still got plenty of leftovers to choose from! So it might be a combo of butternut squash soup and some chicken! Easy peasy, and delicious!
