I started FB Burn Rd 2 today! The first day already left me dripping in sweat and with shaking legs. Because of my knee injury, I didn't do HIIT for at least a year, and now I'm back into it and it's kicking my butt. Needless to say that I'm loving it.
Looking forward to doing this program, I'll give my best to do all the Extra Credit Challenges.
