I'm a mother of 3 who waits for the kids to go to sleep in order to take care of the house myself and the next day.
My problem is a I stretch the night out
One of the excuses is that I wait for my husband to come home at 12am from work
He prefers I'd sleep cuz at the end of the day it's better that way for all of us.
I have bad habits of wanting to stay up and stretching things out. Wanting to not go to sleep yet.
Please help me out!!!! Please!
