30 minute workouts

Hi guys 👋🏼

So I’m feeling like life’s got pretty hectic!

Working full time, moving house, studying accounting and sitting exams, and trying to fit my workouts in!

I’ve done FB30 R3, and in the middle of FB Burn, so I want my own schedule for a little while now.

Can you guys put some links below of some tough workouts in or under 30 minutes as it’s all I have at the moment. I’ll be running at least twice a week so I’m looking for strength upper, and lower preferably :-)
