Reccomend this after arm day!

Wow my arms were very tight and sore today after a tough upper body workout yesterday! So I gave my arms some love today and treated them to this upper body stretching routine it catches all the right spots where you're very sore/tight!

It relieved my soreness and I heard everything popping back into place haha! So if you guys are sore on the upper body today please give this a go!🙂
