Advice

Hi All,

I'm going away for four days in February and I am worried as there is no access to internet. There is a swimming pool and also many amazing places to walk, I am going to Devon with my family. Both of these I am going to use fully.

The other thing is the food or lack of healthy food. We are staying in a cottage where Breakfast and Dinner is provided. After seeing the menu yesterday I am worried about my weight as it is all alot of carbohydrates. I have tried to go for healthier options where need be, and there is a shop nearby where we can top up.

I know that its a much needed holiday and I can indulge a little but due to having no internet I am worried about my workouts and actually hindering my progress.

Any advice on what I can do?
