Oof.

Hi, all! I’m about 6 weeks pregnant. Up to last week, I was perfectly able to lift weights and get through a cardio workout with very little trouble. Rounding into weeks 5 and 6, I can barely even get through a simple Pilates routine. I’m super bummed! I feel perfectly strong and full of energy; my muscles just hit their exhaustion point so quickly. I know I should take this whole thing slowly, but I also want to stay fit throughout my pregnancy!

Has anyone else gone through this? What did you do?
