How to do a pushup

Hi,

I've been doing FB off and on for the last couple of years. This last year I really focused on doing several workouts a week and noticed big changes! I'm stronger - outgrew my cheapo weights - bit the bullet and bought the powerblocks (love them!). Today is my last day of FB Sweat. Here's the thing: I still can't do a pushup. Even my half push up I don't do very well. I don't think I go down close enough to the ground. I really want to be able to do a pushup! Well, more than one.

Any suggestions on what to do? Also, I'm thinking of buying another program - the mass building one. Would that help?
