I enjoy doing older workout videos at the weekend. There is something about them... maybe the fact that they are very hard? I really find old FB workouts generally MUCH harder than the new ones. Maybe that had to do with structure (2-3 rounds), it is both a physical and a mental challenge to make you way through it.
I enjoyed this Cardio + Upper immensely. It was a real sweat session.
I am not so satisfied with myself after last week, I gained some pounds all of a sudden, partially because I wasn’t paying much attention to the amounts I eat. I will try to do better this week 🙂
