I'm not sure what to consider my activity as

Hi all, I've been struggling with losing a some weight I have gained over the last couple of years. I'm trying to keep my calories lower but I really struggle to keep them under 1,700-1,800 because I'm hungry! I workout with FB 3 days a week (currently working my way through the FB burn program) and run 30-40 mins 2 days a week and then run 60-90 once a week (Sunday), I take Saturday as a rest day. (There are some weeks that I do 5 mornings of FB workouts with my 2 runs in the evenings). I don't get a lot of steps in during my work day, I do a lot of standing. I'm never sure when calculating my calorie intake if I should consider myself low, moderate or high activity. I'm assuming since I'm struggling so much to shed these 5-7 lbs that I am over eating. Any input?
