Hi FB Family
After losing 20kg and feeling super fit I have taken a nose dive this year. After a battling with depression most of this year I recently missed a couple of steps at work and ruptured my tendon and ligaments in my ankle. 4 weeks on and I'm still in a moon boot with the possibility of surgery in a few weeks time...time will tell. The result from all of this is I've put on 10kg this year and I'm feeling complete loss of motivation. Any advice from those who have been through this? How did you find your way back to the awesome motivated you because I feel so far from that person now.
