Do you all believe in cheat days?
I had a cheat day today where I actually had a grilled burger and sweet potato fries for lunch, as I was out with friends. Today was my rest day, but I ensured I did lots of walking and for dessert I got a smoothie. I am also on my period so my cravings have been off the roof.
Will this hinder my weight loss? Or does this mean that I just need to work extra harder over the next week?
I like to give myself a cheat day every now and again as my body craves it. I do try and keep it relatively healthy, like just eat wholemeal toast or rice.
