Working on my 3rd & 4th program!

I have been working out with FB for years on and off. In September I started FB Burn, again, and completed it!! I missed 3 days but other than that I was consistent with my workouts and my eating habits started to improve. In October I started FB Burn and completed it also!! This time I only missed 2 days. This month I am combining FB Flex and FB Booty. I have lost 7lb but mostly I can tell a difference in the way my clothes fit! My eating was better last month but my goal this month is to really step it up! I love that Daniel and Kelly don't believe in eating only healthy food all the time because I need my chocolate ;) I absolutely LOVE FB!!
