I had my second baby on 5 th September via c section . After two c sections I wasn’t sure how my fitness would be .
I started FB 30 on the 27th November . I had Xmas week off. I am really pleased with the results especially as I have a 4 month old baby with severe reflux , silent reflux and a cow milk protein intolerance. I also have a 4 year old and some days i survived on 3 hours sleep or less but still fit my fitness blender in . I wish I could clean up my diet but sometimes caffeine and sugar is needed to survive the day . I am starting FB30 round two tomorrow and plan to make a better bash at my eating over the next 8 weeks x
