Health Tips

Hey guys I was wondering what were some general guidelines and tips you guys follow concerning nutrition. I currently am doing great with keeping up with my workouts and water intake, but my next big focus is nutrition. This has always been my biggest struggle. I love healthy food, but I struggle with cooking and meal prepping. I had some bloodwork done and everything was fantastic except for my ldl which is slightly out of range. All my other levels are great so praise God, but I would love to lower my ldl. I don’t want to completely eliminate “cheat meals” but I also want to make sure I’m as healthy as possible. I would greatly appreciate anything you guys have to offer concerning in what has worked for you guys. :) ps I love hedgehogs and have been listening to Carl to drink my water lol 😂
