Teen wanting to create a exercise routine

Hey! Its me again! And I need help!!!!

I want to create some sort of workout schedule within the week because to be honest, my workouts have not been the best. I really do not know what to do and how many rest days I need.

My plan is to gain some weight with a workout routine with some fitness blender videos or not...

Please create a sample weekly routine for me to reference because I am really struggling😭
