Lower body strength reintro!

reintroduced!! My first official full lower body FB workout video complete! Besides some knee tightness/soreness, my knee pain has been mostly resolved and I have been able to incorporate some HIIT, running, and strength back into my training!

This meaning?

I am READY for this community challenge on the 4th that some FB members have kindly contributed to!

I find it funny that we start off right off the bat with my least fave - a long kickboxing session which I have to do right in the morning, but i dont even care! I'm just grateful I can take part with full force!

Cheers to everyone who is taking part. And for those who are not or cannot, I hope you're kicking butt with your own workouts!
