Brutal!

Wow this was one of the most brutal HIIT workouts I've done so far...I was scared to do this one as it looked very difficult to do! So I would just do that 10 minute total body workout instead! But I felt like I could actually push myself today so I did and I feel so great after this! I was toast after I was 10 minutes into this workout but i LOVED it!! I loved how challenging it was and I managed to push myself a bit further today so I feel very happy with myself that I can finally say this workout is complete 💪😅
