FBSweat day 23 done and which programme to do next?

First day back after I hurt my back a week ago. This one is my favourite upper body workout I love the kickboxing and strength combination :)

Not sure which programme to do next? I have FB30 purchased for a while now but 8 weeks is too long for my poor attention span so I know I won't complete it. What is the difference with FBBurn and Sweat? Or are they pretty much the same idea? And considering FBAbs too! Any advice welcome!!!
