My all-purpose motivation slogan

Hi all! I got my workout complete this morning but things have gone a bit downhill since then. I'm trying to apply to grad school right now (😱😱😱😱😱😱 truly, what could be a more terrifyingly appropriate Halloween activity) and I promised my references some application materials by tomorrow, but I've been in a terrible procrastination spiral most of the day.

I'm trying to dig myself out now with the help of a principle that has come in handy a hundred times with starting a workout even when I don't feel like it -- I even made myself a little visual reminder to stare at me as I buckle down with it. Just sharing in case anyone else could use a little motivation! Repeating over and over to myself: I will feel good BECAUSE I do this; I don't have to feel good BEFORE I do this.
