Happy All Hallows Eve to Everyone,

Can you believe we are already at the end of another month. Time seems to be flying by this year.

Amanda, we hope you are okay and moving into your new apartment. Check in when you get a chance.

Last day of my rest week. I will be starting Strong for the second round tomorrow. I am really looking forward to working out again.

The mornings have been freezing or below so I am using the colder hours to deep clean one room at a time. Then once the sun warms things up a bit out to the farm and gardens.

Everyone be safe today if you are taking your children tricking or treating or going to an adult Halloween party.
