One of my best friends died 3 months ago at the age of 37 and needless to say it’s been really hard to make exercise and eating a priority. Motivation has been at a severe low point.
However, I’m in week 2 of FB Strong and so happy to be back. Now that I think I am back on track with my exercise, i’m looking for some advice on eating. What has worked for you? Calorie Counting? A Program? Need some advice before I eat way too many mini chocolate bars for Halloween tomorrow. Lol
