14 year old boy wanting to gain weight without weights

So I was wondering what workout program would be good for me. I am underweight but I do not have any equipment at home other than some 2 lbs weights and some resistance bands.

Would FB bodyweight be a good program for me with no equipment? I want to gain weight but I just don't have any equipment and i don't think I would be able to buy a set of weights either
