Question to those who used one of FB's Meal Plan's - did you lost weight or fat % in your body? Which plan is worth buying? (For me is option omnivore or wegetarian)
My problem is that I am training a lot and have a lot muscles, but I have too much fat content... Which is purely because I have problem with portion control. Although I eat healthy, I just eat too much - my body responds very slowly to food and I need eat more to feel satiation :(
Any tips, or advice which meal plan to use?
