FB Sweat- Day 8- Total Body Stregth + HIIT

I completed my workout for today but not the extra credit. It was a total body workout with Kellie and it was only 35mins and mostly my arms and legs were tired after the workout. After breakfast I cleaned the alpaca pen, did my laundry, went on a walk, hung my laundry, and had lunch. When I was starting the workout with Kellie my body wasn't really awake yet until I was done with the warm-up. By the time I was done with the workout I was covered in sweat and my legs were still a little wobble after the workout. I went to a football last night and union mine won the football game and it was as really good game. Tonight I will be going to the Homecoming Dance and my boyfriend is going to meet me there at the dance.
