My right leg is stronger than my left leg?

So, i was doing lunges today when suddenly, i found out that whenever i tried to do proper lunges on my left leg, i would lose my balance; i tried to see if i had the same problem on the other leg, but my right leg was doing fine! I don't know if this is normal, also, how do i fix this? Has anyone else ever had this problem? how long would it take to fix this? is this a disease? am i going to be like this forever?!

please give me any sort of advice you have!
